Adult Therapy
We see adults with a wide range of concerns.
These include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, problems getting along with others, anger management and grief.
People often come to therapy for problems adjusting to life changes, such as those following divorce, relocation, job loss or traumatic experiences. Most often, adults have one-on-one meetings with their therapist, but family members or others important to the person receiving therapy can be involved.
